Nedra has been dancing and performing since the age of eleven. She started taking professional studio dance classes at the age of fourteen in her home town Chicago, IL.

She is trained in Ballet, Modern, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Afrobeats, and more! While attending Southern Illinois University as a dance major she became a part time teacher for Rush Studio of dance teaching Hip-Hop and Jazz. 

After college Nedra started her first dance school in the neighborhood she grew up in giving back to the community through dance and performing arts.

Nedra teaches gymnastics at Gymstars Brooklyn and Trilok School. She has been associated with our program for four years.
