Khalil Calvin Curtiss is a Brooklyn musician playing flute, tenor and soprano saxophones, clarinet and bass clarinet, bassoon and various percussion instruments.

He received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from Long Island University and has studied at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. Khalil has performed at venues such as Lincoln Center, Town Hall, Minton's Playouse, The Knitting Factory, The Bitter End and other pretentious venues across New York.

He has been associated with Trilok School since its founding.

Khalil brings the joy of melody and rhythm to the young ones. The older ones learn composing and music theory as they work as a band.
