BEGINNING: Children in their younger years come to Trilok School to gain trust in a world beyond home and a larger human family. As the seasons unfold, nature offers its thrilling curriculum for playful study.

EMBRACING: Through compassionate guidance, Early Childhood Trilok teachers cultivate expressivity, exploration and mutual care among students. Our teachers hold the hearts of children warmly as they guide them. The young children have a lovely quiet playground all their own, and they become each other’s most authentic teachers.

INTERACTING: Our young learners receive a warm welcome and begin the day with Circle Time, where students greet each other, practice “child-style” meditation, and ground the day in routines. They build class traditions of singing, stretching, and meditation. Also, they rest peacefully in the afternoons, and they learn to regulate their energies through sleep, meditative rest, and quiet activity.
